The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and financial skills, along with experience in the nuclear sector, unionized environments, and core financial processes such as payroll and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
• Process payroll accurately and in accordance with organizational and union requirements
• Prepare, review, and submit invoices
• Maintain financial records and assist with account reconciliations
• Support internal reporting and documentation needs
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Perform general administrative and financial duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Experience in the nuclear industry is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of unionized workplaces and related payroll considerations
• Demonstrated experience with payroll processing and invoicing

• Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities
